Leonard Developments can be involved in your project in a number of ways. Whether its giving advice and consulting, to taking an ownership position and buying you out of a project, we can do it.  Our bread and butter is solving problems when developments have hit a dead end or stalled.  We also love to get involved early to help your project avoid those dead ends! Below is a list of the four main areas we can help and be involved in.

Services

Land Acquisition / Purchase

With our network of private investors and lenders, we have the ability to acquire land and projects that are ready for development. We can take an in depth look at your project or land to see if it is a good fit for us to acquire and develop. We also work with builders by acquiring deals sourced by the builder and sell the lots back to the builder at a predetermined price.

Design / Engineering / Permit Expediting

With our expertise as owners and investors ourself, we can look at your site to maximize the homes and quality lots on your land. Further, we know what builders want and will enable them to pay top dollar for your lots such as grading the building pad, creating the right dimensioned lots, etc.


Landowner Representation / Consulting

We represent landowners that want to develop their land into a flourishing community without having to sell to a development firm or fund. You maintain ownership throughout the project to maximize your profit and fulfill your vision with our helping hand. Our extensive experience being on all sides of the table (investor, general contractor, buyer, home builder) allows us to help you navigate the ins and outs of developing land.

Land Development / General Contracting

Hire us and we make it happen. We will give you a price to develop your land and are responsible for all costs, hiring subcontractors, etc. We will work closely with your engineer, City and ownership to deliver a quality community on time.
