Next, we perform a lot analysis and often meet with local government and engineers to design the lot layout and get the number of lots that will fit on the land.
After getting our lot count, we then reach out to our network of home builders and real estate agents to gauge interest in the future developed lots. Often times, builders will offer to pre purchase the lots in this stage.
