In Waco, we have five student rental houses with a total of 28 rooms near Baylor University.

To make these lots feasible, we had to navigate difficult City overlay district requirements that rendered most lots undevelopable due to parking requirements. We were able to design unique homes with large overhangs and garages to achieve the proper room/parking space ratio.
